When reporting a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send private project photos unless needed.
Common questions
Where are my projects and fabric samples?
They are saved in the app on your iPhone. TreadMatch does not require an account or sync projects to a developer server. If you delete the app, iOS normally removes its local data.
How do I add a photo?
Add site photos while creating a project or from its project screen. In the Fabrics tab, open a sample card to add a fabric photo or roll-label photo. iOS may ask for camera or photo-library permission when you choose those actions.
Why did my saved cut option become outdated?
Changing measurements, the selected fabric or fitting allowances can change the calculation. Open the project, review the updated estimate and save a new cut option.
Can TreadMatch plan landings or turns?
The current planner estimates one continuous runner on a straight staircase. Landings, winders, corners, seams and manufacturer-specific fitting methods need a separate plan. Confirm measurements and the final order with your installer before purchasing or cutting material.
